EGGS!

I decided this week that when I make eggs of my very own, I am going to make them very special. You see... I will make them so that when you shake them in the shell they will just mix together and get whipped. I hate recipes that we have to dirty another dish because we are to mix the eggs first then add them to the rest of the recipe.

Week in review!

This week consisted of LOTS and LOTS of old country music. Have I told you lately that I love Garth Brooks. He just makes me happy!

My friend and I finally did it this week. We bought our plane tickets to China. I can't stop thinking about it! We are going in August for two weeks. I will then go to Taiwan for another week. Three week vacation of pure goodness. Thinking about it I get butterflies.

I was also about to go to dinner and a concert with some friends. The food I ordered was not that great. I thought I would never say this... but... the fish was not fishy enough. I am a changed woman. But the concert was really fun. Good night it all.

Glass ALWAYS Full!

I'm the kind of girl where my glass is ALWAYS full. I guess that waiters and waitresses have the ability to know that about me. Thus.... they feel the need to fill my glass up with ICE! Each and every time they make a comment about how much ice my glass has. Yet, they just keep pouring on. I love it! I just laugh. This is my life.
