Orson Gygi
For Christmas I gave Jed a cooking class. We attended this last weekend.
On the Menu:
Wedge Salads with bacon, grape tomatoes and homemade blue cheese dressing
Filet Mignon topped with Herb and Garlic Compound Butter
Scallops in White Wine and Butter Sauce
Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Oven Roasted Asparagus
Chocolate Souffles with Creme Anglais sauce.
