Orson Gygi








For Christmas I gave Jed a cooking class. We attended this last weekend.
On the Menu:
  • Wedge Salads with bacon, grape tomatoes and homemade blue cheese dressing
  • Filet Mignon topped with Herb and Garlic Compound Butter
  • Scallops in White Wine and Butter Sauce
  • Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
  • Oven Roasted Asparagus
  • Chocolate Souffles with Creme Anglais sauce.
